Day 4: Spicy Broccoli Rabe with Shallots (30 days of Vegan Recipes)

I love the powerful taste of broccoli rabe and it pairs really nice with shallot and red pepper flakes for some heat, give a try! Take a look:

Ingredients:
1 bunch of broccoli rabe, chopped
1 shallot, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon vegetable oil or olive oil
Salt

Directions:
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium/high heat. Add shallots, garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for a couple of minutes until shallot softens. Add broccoli rabe and sauté until it wilts, season with salt. Remove from heat and serve immediately. Enjoy!
