Day 26: Vegan Brownie (30 Days of Vegan Recipes)

Things are getting sweet around here. This brownie is very rich and very chocolate-y, if you love chocolate as much as I do, I'm sure you're going to love it! Take a look:

Ingredients:
2 cups unbleached all purpose flour
1 cup cocoa
1 cup pure cane sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup unsweetened soy milk

Directions:
In a bowl, combine dry ingredients; flour, cocoa, sugar and baking powder, set aside. In another bowl, combine wet ingredients; water, oil and soy milk. Pour wet mixture slowly while whisking the dry ingredients. Mix until ingredients are fully incorporated. Pour batter into a buttered 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350F degrees for about 40 minutes. Serve hot with some ice cream or at room temperature. Enjoy!
