Breakfast Series: Egg Whites Sandwich

Here's a great way to start your morning and filling up your belly, egg whites sandwich! Super quick and easy, take a look:

Ingredients (serves 1):
2 slices of bread, toasted and buttered
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons chopped parsley and chives
Salt and black pepper
Cooking spray

Directions:
In a small bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Add fresh chopped herbs and season with salt and black pepper. Heat a medium non stick skillet over medium/high heat, spray with cooking spray. Pour beaten egg whites and cook the omelet for about 3 minutes on medium heat. Remove from heat. Fold omelet and cut in half, add pieces to a toasted and buttered slice of bread and top with the other. Serve and enjoy!
