Tilapia with Spicy Lime Butter

This dish couldn't be more easier to make, the spicy lime compound butter it's the star of the dish and it's perfect with chicken too. Take a look:


Recipe by Sweet Caroline

Ingredients:
4 tilapia fillets
3 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Zest of 1 lime
Juice of 1/2 lime
*Salt (use salt if using unsalted butter)
Chopped chives or cilantro (for garnish, optional)

Directions:
Pre heat oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl; mix butter, red pepper flakes, zest and juice, refrigerate for a couple of minutes. Rinse fish and pat dry; place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top each fillet with butter mixture, bake fish for 10-12 minutes or until opaque and flaky. Garnish with chives or cilantro. Serve and enjoy!
