Today's meatless monday recipe can be a great snack or appetizer or can be turn into a meal (see my tip below), either way it's delicious, super easy and fresh! Take a look:
1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained
1 large clove garlic, minced
Juice from 1 lime
2 leaves basil, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
Sea salt and black pepper
In a food processor, add all the ingredients and pulse until creamy. Serve with veggies and enjoy!
* Tip *: Turn into a meal by simply spreading the hummus on a large flour tortilla and add the veggies and wrap it up. It'll be a delicious veggie wrap!
