Chinese Meatballs

These little meatballs are delicious and flavorful, perfect for serving as an appetizer at any get together or party, I'm sure your guest would love these! Take a look:


Recipe by Sweet Caroline

Ingredients (makes 30 meatballs):
1 lb.  combination of ground beef and pork
2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 inch piece fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside. In a bowl, add all the  ingredients and mix to combine well all the ingredients. Form meatballs and place in the prepare baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve with soy sauce for dipping and enjoy!

I'm really curious, did you combine beef and pork? Or was it one or the other? I'm feeling in the mood for some meatballs now.

Adelina, yes combine beef and pork, it's 1 lb. combination of pork and beef.
