Breakfast Series: Creating An Egg McMuffin At Home

Tuesday, April 8, 2014

Today I'm going to share how to create a perfect and delicious Egg McMuffin, it's quite simple and quick. Give a try, take a look:

Recipe by Sweet Caroline

Ingredients (serves 1):
1 English muffin
1 egg
Few slices of honey ham
Few slices of cheese (I used my favorite: pepper jack)
Butter

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Crack an egg into a buttered ramekin, place the ramekin in a cooking sheet and slide into the oven. Bake for about 10 minutes or until whites are set and yolk still runny. Split and butter english muffin, toast. Add cheese slice to one hot half of english muffin (it should melt slightly), remove egg carefully from ramekin and place on top of cheese, add the honey ham slices and top with the other half of english muffin. Serve and enjoy!
