Teriyaki & Mustard Salmon

Friday, February 21, 2014

Hey, I hope you've liked the new look of the blog, just let me know what you guys think! I've decided to change things a bit and go for a clean and modern look, makes it easier to look at and read it too. I'm also looking forward to different post formats and subjects and of course, I'm continuing with my yummy and easy recipes as usual. So, go ahead and make my delicious and scrumptious teriyaki and mustard salmon. Take a look:

Recipe by Sweet Caroline

Ingredients:
4 center cut salmon fillets (with skin)
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 scallions, chopped

Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, dijon mustard, olive oil and 1/2 chopped scallions. In a deep dish, arrange the salmon fillets, pour the sauce over to cover the fillets, marinate for 20-30 minutes. Place fillets in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle the other 1/2 chopped scallions. Serve hot and enjoy!
